國民黨主席候選人郝龍斌日前批評前瞻基礎建設計畫，認為在中南部做軌道運輸沒有意義。民進黨高雄市長陳菊今（10）日在民進黨中常會後記者會中表示，「如果他要領導國民黨會很擔心」。
陳菊表示，一個國家提供所有人民在不同區域基礎的交通，是基本責任；今天南北失?，覺得郝龍斌的發言是站在天龍國岐視南部，覺得南部不用這樣的建設，是「飽漢不知餓漢飢」。
賴清德補充說，這應該是郝龍斌失言，不然就是對台灣了解的還不夠透徹；南部有南部的需要，他需要花更多功夫去掌握台灣各地的民情，這樣的發言代表他需要繼續努力。
民進黨今日召開中常會，會後記者會由民進黨四直轄市市長：高雄市長陳菊、台南市長賴清德、台中市長林佳龍、桃園市場鄭文燦，針對《前瞻基礎建設特別條例》發表聯合聲明，希望國民黨不要再非理性的阻擋，可以理性討論，繼續進步。
陳菊表示，這個聲明是由她發起，串連綠營各縣市，希望透過中常會後表達，公開呼籲能盡速透過前瞻條例；這牽涉到每個縣市的期盼，國民黨不理性的杯葛，對南部建設影響很大，時間一直拖延，關係到縣市未來的發展。

為了慶祝白色情人節，17Life白色情人節街頭送暖擁抱送咖啡快閃活動將於3月12日登場，活動預計要送出1千杯咖啡，消費者只要完成街頭擁抱、親吻並合照，就可獲得咖啡QR code，掃瞄後即可到全家便利商店進行兌換領取。
除了街頭快閃活動外，現場還將開放民眾組隊報名參加「17純粹喝咖啡」趣味競賽，只要參賽者協力完成3關卡，包括用筷子夾取紅豆、憑券換咖啡、現場喝咖啡，最快完成的搭檔可獲得百貨禮券2千元。
